In my many years of buying and leasing cars I can honestly say that I've never dealt with a salesperson like Lauren Amato. From the moment I walked in to the minute I left she didn't treat me like a customer, but more like a friend. She worked to get me the best deal for the Grand Cherokee I was looking at and then made sure that I understood how to use all of the features in the car before I left with it. I wanted a 2026 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Called up these guys. They had one in stock. Made a deal over the phone. Everything was very simple. When I came to pick up the car, I was in and out of there in less than half an hour. As far as the sales go, it’s as good as it gets. Still haven’t taken it for service so that’ll be a separate review.

Tom was great to talk to and he was very helpful but I got charged 544.38 just for them to diagnose my car that definitely wasint a 2 hour job. And then wanted to charge me $3,500 just for the labor not even for fixing the car. Very expensive. Won’t be doing that again unless I just sell my car back to them.
