Last Dodge Challenger SRT Demon Produced

The time has finally come, the very last 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon model's production has been completed. The last model rolled off the production line on May 30th at the Brampton Assembly Plant in Ontario, Canada. As this incredible performance model was only in production for one model year only 3,300 were created.

If you missed your first chance to get your hands on a Dodge Challenger SRT Demon, have no fear because you have one more! The very last Demon ever created and the very last 2017 Dodge Viper are being auctioned off together. These supercars will be in Uncasville, Connecticut at the Mohegan Sun Resort for the Barrett-Jackson Northeast Auction. Auctioned off to the highest bidder during "The Ultimate Last Chance" and 100 percent of the proceeds will be going to United Way. The Barrett-Jackson Northeast Auction takes place from June 20th through the 23rd. The Demon will be getting a one-of-a-kind treatment before it heads to Connecticut! Including a hand-painted exclusive Viper Red exterior paint job, 18-inch aluminum wheels, 18-inch Demon drag radial tires, Demon Vehicle Badging, and VIN instrument panel badging.

Does the Demon pack a lot of power?

There is no doubt about it, the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is one powerful machine that is ready to hit the track! The Demon is the very first and only purpose-built street-legal production drag car in the entire industry. Lift up the hood of the Demon and you will find a supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi Demon V8. This engine produces an incredible 840 horsepower and 770 pound-feet of torque. This supercar is so powerful that the National Hot Rod Association banned it from competing on the drag strip!

What kind of awards has the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon won?

The 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon has collected so many awards that their trophy cabinet is overflowing! The Demon boasts the highest g-force acceleration rating of any production car ever at 1.8 g. The Demon also set the world record for a production car's longest wheelie from a standing start. The wheelie was certified by Guinness World Records and it lasted a full 2.92 feet! It takes the Demon just one second to go from 0-30 mph and it also claims the world's fastest 0 to 60 mph production car title taking just 2.3 seconds! Going 140 miles per hour, the Demon can run the quarter-mile in just 9.65 seconds (certified by the NHRA) making it the fastest quarter-mile vehicle ever created!

What kind of firsts does the Demon bring to the industry?

When Dodge created the Demon they created a vehicle unlike any other boasting over 20 industry-first and drag-performance features! This muscle car is the very first production car to ever come with the ability to delete the front passenger seat, and the first-ever, factory-production drag car to be outfitted with Torque Reserve. This system enhances and increases the delivery of power and torque during launch. The Demon is also home to the TransBrake from more powerful and quicker launches. This muscle car also holds to title as the first-ever, factory-production car to run on 100+ high octane unleaded fuel. Dodge outfitted the Demon with the SRT Power Chiller (a liquid-to-air intercooler chiller system) and the After-Run Chiller (continues to cool the air cooler and supercharged after the engine has been shut off) making it the very first production car with these features.

Unfortunately, the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is no longer available from the dealership but we do have other very impressive Challenger SRT and Challenger models on our lot and you can check them out here!
