High volume Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealer looking for a full time Service BDC rep. Applicants are responsible for receiving incoming calls, Internet leads, outbound follow up calls and scheduling appointments.
Experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
Receive inbound calls and receive email leads (make appointments)
Outbound calls to potential leads (make appointments)
Post visit calls, to ensure customer satisfaction
Confirmation calls for appointments
Experience/Qualifications
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
Background, customer service, sales or telemarketing experience
