I would like to let you know that the salesman for your dealership on Central Avenue in Yonkers, Manny Fakhoury, was amazing from start to finish. He was exceptionally pleasant and knew what my needs were. He sat with us and carefully went over all the paper work that was needed. He explained all the mechanical parts on the inside of the Cherokee, such as the radio, heater, etc. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. I liked Central Ave Chrysler /Jeep so much I have purchased my second car from them! The service is always great here. I didn't look anywhere else because hands down I recommend you visit the Yonkers dealership. Ask for Ernie Feri and get a great car and deal. Ernie gave me the Carfax and I didn't even ask for one, and he also helped us set up the Sirius radio account right there as we drove of the lot. It does not get any better then this. I am very happy and satisfied with Central Ave Chrysler Jeep.

Mr. Ernie Feri was very friendly and did not pressure me into a sale. That was very good because I was not going to be pressured into a sale. He tried to accommodate me with regards to my requests and was very persuasive in how he presented the Chrysler product, my trade-in, finance, rebates, discounts, etc. It was a very complimentary approach by Mr. Feri and the whole staff (security, valet service, service dept. personnel, sales manager, and receptionist.)
Overall it was a very good experience in purchasing a new car.! And that can't be said about a lot of the other dealers that I came into to contact with! I would recommend this dealership very highly to any of my friends and colleagues who may be interested in purchasing a new or used car. I am very happy about my experience with the 2013 Chrysler 300S and this dealership.
